Nari Seva Sangha was established in 1944 to rehabilitate women affected by the Bengal famine and the Partition period. Since shifting to its present Jodhpur Park campus in 1976, it has operated a residential home for distressed women, vocational training school, primary education programs, and a working women's hostel, helping residents become self-reliant and socially integrated.
