While many senior living facilities offer personalised care and premium amenities, they often remain financially out of reach for a large section of the population. Ownership-driven models, in particular, restrict access for middle-class seniors who need care without long-term financial strain.
To bridge this gap, Group Preet Aikya adopts a practical rental-based model that combines a one-time refundable deposit with an affordable monthly fee. This approach makes quality senior living more accessible and flexible. Expanding such rental-led senior living communities across cities can play a vital role in supporting India’s growing elderly population—reducing pressure on families while enhancing the safety, comfort, and overall well-being of seniors.
