We also extend support to patients who require long-term or short-term rehabilitation—both physical and psychological—after hospital discharge. This includes seniors affected by conditions such as dementia, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, stroke, clinical depression, or those recovering from surgeries like joint replacements.
