Our Story
Anamay Healthcare has been dedicated to Geriatric Care for the past six years. While serving the elder community, the founders recognized that a large section of society in need of similar support often struggles to access quality care at an affordable cost. To bridge this gap, Anamay Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. was established.
Backed by vast experience in healthcare management and hospital operations, the founders of Anamay Healthcare have successfully managed and consulted for several hospitals, including NABH accreditation projects. The group currently operates two assisted living facilities in Pune, offering differentiated care for both dependent and independent senior citizens.

Dr. Pallavi Desai – Co-Founder & Director
A dynamic leader with a postgraduate degree in Hospital Management and an MBA in HR & Marketing, Dr. Desai brings extensive experience in healthcare administration, hospital operations, and strategic business development. She has worked with leading healthcare institutions, ensuring compliance with both national and international standards. Recognizing the growing need for quality elder care in India, she co-founded Anamay Healthcare in 2020. Under her leadership, the organization has pioneered innovative elder care solutions tailored to senior citizens’ varying levels of independence.
Dr. Prachee Sathe – Co-Founder & Director
A specialist in Internal Medicine and Critical Care Medicine, Dr. Sathe is the Founder Director of the Department of Critical Care Medicine at Ruby Hall Clinic, Pune. After completing her International Fellowship from the Royal College of Physicians, Edinburgh, and advanced training in the UK, she returned to India in 1991 with a vision to establish world-class intensive care units. Her expertise strengthens Anamay’s medical standards in geriatric and critical care.
Senior Medical Experts Associated with Anamay Healthcare
Psychiatry – A senior psychiatrist with over 12 years of experience in medical and counseling practice. He is a certified life member of the Indian Medical Association (IMA) and the Indian Psychiatric Society (IPS), as well as an International Member of the American Psychiatry Association (APA), USA.
Dr. Devendra Vartak – Renowned Orthopedic and Joint Replacement Surgeon with more than 18 years of practice. He completed his Master’s in Orthopedics from the prestigious University of Mumbai and is known for his expertise in complex joint replacement surgeries.
Dr. Chinmay Kumbhar – A compassionate neurologist with expertise in both pediatric and adult neurological disorders. He holds an MBBS from Seth GS Medical College & KEM Hospital, an MD in Pediatrics from Bombay Hospital Institute of Medical Science, and a DNB in Neurology from Deenanath Mangeshkar Hospital & Research Centre, Pune.
