    Filling the form may take around 30–35 minutes. You don’t have to do it all at once — there’s a “Save Draft” option available.

    Prepare These Answers in Advance

    Most of the form is simple, with multiple-choice questions. But for a few optional sections, you might want to write your answers beforehand, so you can just copy-paste. Your answers can be long, if needed. This information will help the families connect with you emotionally too.:

    1. The Story Behind Your Facility
      Who started it? Why was it started? How did it begin? Sharing your journey adds warmth and trust.

    2. Testimonials from Families or Residents
      A few kind words from those you’ve cared for can go a long way. Such testimonials add a lot of credibility.

    3. What Makes Your Facility Special
      Do you offer anything unique—like regional food, spiritual support, or scenic surroundings? Let families know!

    Please keep a few clear, good-quality photos of your facility ready.
