Our Story
Shri Rajput Foundation was founded by Mrs. Vinodini Rajput and Mr. Mansingh Rajput in the year 1998. Mrs. Vinodini Rajput from the very early age had an emotional connect with the old age people, she could spent hours with the elderly people in her family, chat with them, serve food etc, she enjoyed the time spent with them. This inclination of serving elderly people, especially old age, led her to get herself associated with various NGO & Clubs and became an active member of various social working networks, she even held a prestigious position as a president of Rotary Club of Mumbai Suburban, Giants and Lions Club. Her dedication, care and unconditional services towards the elderly people had a great impact on Mr. Mansingh Rajput, he gave up his Electrical Business to join hands with his dear wife and take this to the next level, which gave birth to the Shri Rajput Foundation, together they felt compelled to give something back to the society by serving the old aged people.
Since then, there has been no looking back, the foundation that was started with a small property of 20 beds, has now flourished and grown into 4 different categories of providing services to the people in their golden years. The gen-next of Rajput family has equally shown interest and connected with the cause, their involvement has only help the foundation to grow multifold. We are proud to say that Shri Rajput Foundation was one of the only old age homes who took people who have been completely bed ridden.
