What is WisdomStays and how can it help our facility?
WisdomStays is a discovery platform that helps families across India find trustworthy eldercare facilities. Listing your facility here can increase your visibility, build trust, and bring in genuine enquiries from families looking for care.
Is there a cost to get listed?
No. Listing your facility on WisdomStays is currently 100% free. You don’t have to pay anything to be featured on the platform. In the future, optional paid plans (e.g., featured listings) may be introduced—but basic listing will remain free.
Who can list on WisdomStays?
Any stay-in eldercare facility across India can list—including:
- Old-age homes (free or paid)
- Assisted living facilities
- Dementia & Alzheimer’s care centres
- Palliative / hospice centres
- Respite stay facilities
- Daycare centres for elders
- Long-term retirement communities
What details do I need to share to get listed?
You’ll need to fill a detailed form that includes:
- Facility name, location, contact info
- Services offered & accommodation types
- Staff qualifications & medical support
- Pricing details
- Facility photographs
- A short origin story (optional, but adds heart!), testimonials, unique features
You can save the form as a draft and come back anytime.
I’m not very tech-savvy. Can someone help me fill the form?
Yes! You can call or email us for help. We’ll walk you through it—or even fill the form for you based on your answers over phone/WhatsApp.
How long does it take to get listed?
Once you submit the full form, our team will review it for completeness. If all looks good, your listing will go live in 3–5 working days. Listings marked with ✅ are those we’ve personally visited.
Can I update my facility’s information later?
Absolutely. You’ll get login access to your dashboard. From there, you can update any details, such as services, pricing, photos, and more anytime.
Will I receive leads/enquiries from families?
Yes. Your listing will include your contact info, so interested families can call or email you directly. We do not mediate, take commissions, or charge referral fees.
How can I increase visibility for my listing?
Here are a few tips:
- Upload clear, high-quality images
- Add your unique story or testimonials
- Share pricing or special features clearly
- Respond quickly to enquiries
- Share the link of your facility with families of your residents for reviews. These reviews will add credibility to your listing.
We’ll soon introduce a “Featured” option to boost listings in high-traffic areas.
Do you visit every listed facility?
Not yet. But facilities that we’ve visited and vetted will carry a ✅ “Verified by WisdomStays” badge. We’re expanding this gradually across cities.
What if I want to delist or pause my listing?
You can write to us at any time and we’ll pause or remove your listing as requested.
Can I receive donations through WisdomStays?
Yes—soon! We’re building a transparent donations platform. Verified facilities will be able to showcase needs and accept cash/kind support from individuals or corporates.
Do I need to register with the government to get listed?
While WisdomStays doesn’t require any specific license, we recommend that you comply with local laws for running eldercare centres. If you have government approvals or specific licences mention them—they boost credibility.
What about data privacy?
We take privacy seriously. Your contact info is shown only on your listing, and we do not share or sell your data to third parties.
